Anna Gradie

Anna Gradie is a Confidence Coach for women in male-dominated industries. Anna’s purpose is to help close the gender confidence gap and to accelerate equality in the tech industry by empowering women. Using science-backed tools to tame the inner critic and to increase Emotional Intelligence, she helps her clients build confidence, self-awareness and self-acceptance, empowering them to achieve their version of success. In 2010, Anna co-founded and scaled a tech start-up into a multi-million-dollar company. She joined Declarations Toastmasters Club in 2021. She co-founded a Lean In Circle supporting mothers in leadership positions in Vancouver in 2021. Anna is a single mom to two young kids who enjoys hiking, skiing and paddleboarding.
