This meeting has the crucial purpose of receiving the District Council’s approval for the Budget which will allow District Team to access the funds. There will also be two motions presented, one on the Speech Contests and the other with Area Director Election.

District Council Meeting
Date: Saturday, September 26th, 2020
Time: 10 am - 12 pm
Location: Virtual via Zoom - Meeting 

Each club in the district is assigned two votes at the District Council Meeting.

The Club President and Club Vice President Education are required to attend 

and will each have a vote as will the members of the District Executive Committee (Area and Division Directors and the Core Team). It is crucial that you "register" in advance in order to help the District meet the quorum. Please note that proxies are not allowed at this virtual meeting.The vote on the budget proposal and the motions will take place during the meeting, via an online poll.
